Bro is poisoned, he have only 6 AP, so he should be able to move only 3 tiles, but it shows 4 highlighted and further greyed out.
This bro have no utility perks or movement-related traits.
After clicking thru different paths, elevated ground and not it showed further mistakes: 8 / 6 AP
..and the game allowed to use all 8 of them.
