NPC parties Stuck

I was playing the new DLC when I noticed multiple parties stuck fighting nothing. It doesn’t matter if the NPC is friend or foe, and I have stopped playing due to the increasing amount of these stuck NPC’s as I continue to play. I did not manage to replicate the bug and the glitch itself has been going on for a while now. The glitch first appeared after I had just done a massive amount of save scumming on autosave while doing the protect the Firstborn from Hexe.
