    Sometimes, Quick Hands won’t work properly at first round (this is more likely to happen if you have used it in previous battle). When I intend to switch weapons at first round, it requires me to spend 4 AP despite I have the perk. When this happened for first few times, I thought I was daydreaming or made a mistake. Then it just happens again.
