random freezes

hi

my game randomly freezes (sometimes when i open the inventory,in battle, when i enter a city, it can happen in every situation), it hapens after a few minutes (but time is also random).
i can still hear the sound, it looks like only the picture is frozen, i can click on buttons but nothing happens.

maybe someone can help me
