Hi,
first sorry for my bad english and thank you for this game !

A lot a player complain about random recruitment system : In mid/late game we have to spam recruit/Dismiss to found the good one.

Can we imagine a “Recruiter” perks (around lvl 9) witch allow the compagny/the recruiter to make an audition day in order to reveal some of candidate’s skills.
