When in the negotiation screen would be possible to make it so when you hover over the person hiring you, their name appears (if its not already and I just don’t know how). I’d just like to see their name, maybe jobs I’ve done for them before.
The whole taking jobs and faction favor system I feel should be tied more to a person to person basis as well as the town as a whole. Doing a bunch of missions for the steward, gives ya a tax break maybe, idk just spit-balling here. The game, to me, could have this Crusader Kings like element with opinions and character traits. There is so much potential with the social interactions with those that hire you and you interact with(shops, other mercs possibly?).
