Pikes, billhooks and longaxes are all advertised as having a +5% chance to hit the head. The pike is additionally advertised as having an overall +10% chance to hit with the Impale skill. The Strike skill of billhooks and longaxes is not advertised as having any bonus chance to hit, but the actual chance to hit with a billhook or longaxe Strike (aimed at the same shieldless and non-surrounded Bandit Thug in the same state of morale, with no difference in the attacker’s state of morale) is always 5% higher than the attacker’s current melee skill. So, Strike has an overall +5% chance to hit that isn’t advertised.
