    If you use “heavy wardog armor” on a wardog, the armor the dog is wearing should go to your inventory. Not be lost forever.

    it should definetly have a chance to be lost or to be found and being moved to your inventory. Same as mercenary, when he dies, theres a chance that you lost that armor aswell.
