Doesn’t seem to have any real rhyme or reason to it. Have recently upgrade to the latest Nvidia drivers and tried a few other things to troubleshoot.

Hey. I had some crashes a while ago too. What worked for me was to switch from Full Screen to Borderless Windowed mode. It’s probably a different problem but there is still the off chance that it will help you.

I was playing the game (version 1.0.0.1) on Ironman mode and with VSync enabled (in the video options) and in Fullscreen mode and I experienced 3 separate crashes. The first crash was a crash to desktop while loading version 1.0.0.1 of the game for the first time (I received an error message recommending that I install the latest driver for my graphics card). The other 2 crashes were during gameplay (1 of the crashes was during a combat) and those 2 crashes instantly automatically switched off my computer. I have experienced a few crashes that instantly automatically switched off my computer previously while running other applications on my computer (including the computer game Elite Dangerous (which is buggy), and especially the computer game Armored Warfare (which is in beta development and buggy).

I remembered reading a post in the Battle Brothers beta thread at the RPGCodex website that stated that disabling VSync fixed crashes for another player.

I started a new game (version 1.0.0.2) not using Ironman mode and with VSync disabled and in Fullscreen mode. I haven’t experienced any crashes yet.

I was playing version 1.0.0.2 of the game (not using Ironman mode, VSync disabled, Windowed mode) when my game crashed at the moment that I killed the second-to-last bandit (one of my mercenaries used a melee weapon (probably a bludgeoning weapon) (using attack type number 1) to kill the second-to-last bandit) in a combat (on a swamp map at daytime). The crash caused my computer to instantly automatically switch off (see my post above for more information on this phenomenon). I’ve attached my log.html and my DxDiag.txt files.

This is still occurring for me Battle Brothers team, albeit less often, still can’t figure anything out from my end. It seems like an animation problem but I can’t pin point it.
