Horned helmets:
Maybe something extraordinary happens to make me paint horned helmets (like a meteor hitting me on the head :)). Another possibility would be having me abducted by aliens and replaced by an android. Apart from that the chances are pretty slim that there will ever be brothers with horned helmets :)Thank you so much!! Just watch out for the aliens, OK?

OldGreyBeardParticipantI agree with the need for the Safe Havens. They need to cost money, ideally the more banged up your guys are, the more it costs. I find myself running for the castle or towers in the hopes that a well equipped patrol will march out and engage my pursuers so I can get away. That doesn’t work well after the first couple of weeks, though. It seems the towns/castles/towers can’t replace lost troops.

OldGreyBeardParticipantAbout the only thing that really bugs me about the game is having to endlessly click on a bandit or orc group I’m trying to hunt down. It would be sweet if there was an easy way to have the BattleBrothers target a group and keep following them until they run ’em down.

OldGreyBeardParticipantYeah, that Orc Warrior armor is very nice! I like the use of the visor as a shoulder guard. Simply wonderful work. Please keep it up!

OldGreyBeardParticipantSame here. You guys have turned out a real gem, and deserve the support. As the blog shows, the hard work is not slowing down. Thanks much!

OldGreyBeardParticipantPsen,
Great work. One of the things I like about this game is the art style. And it’s only getting better! … now, about that skunk in the heraldry … ;-)

OldGreyBeardParticipantRight now, I’ve got 3 crossbowmen and the rest sword/mace & board. I’ve pretty much dropped the 2-handed weapons. Only one hit/turn, and not very high hit probabilities. The extra armor damage of the crossbow makes it quite useful against Orcs. The nice thing about the Utility tree is that you can get “Captain” for the crossbowmen, and as they stand behind, the front line is almost always pumped up. So far, it’s worked … so far.

OldGreyBeardParticipantZombies just got creepier! All of this is great work. The style just fits the game so well. Thanks for all the hard work.
FWIW, I like the idea of a “heraldically correct” banner tool.
Personally, I’d like to see a “skunk rampant”, but as the classic, black & white striped stinker is a “new world” beastie, it might push the heraldic boundaries a bit too far.
In any case, keep up the excellent work!
