Awesome suggestion about Davkul. Settlements could be corrupted wich means destroyed but become lairs of cultists.

It wil be nice if it will be unic potion (hard to get of course) which grants +1 perk point somewere on the map.

Every bro might nad hidden perk which can be revealed through some battles or time.
    Small sweet advantages or disadvantages.

By the way, 5% chance for every bro to act his turn out of player control is very nice idea.
It might depend on backgrounds (more on wildman/raider/noncombatants, standart on most other, negated on old soldier/swodmaster and so on), also depends on irrational/disloyal/dastard/cocky/weasel traits, negated by loyal/determined/whatever else.
White flags can increase that chance too.

Also it might depends somehow on current bro, offensive or defensive he would behave.

Some of unic traits looks great! I like eunuch (very nice), butcher, deserter, gambler, flagellant.
To do this not so determined, perk can be granted by event.

Upd: it will be nice, if we can cure eunuch’s “permanent injury” with the Tall tree water))) with new unic background “cured eunuch”, like “peaceful flagellant”.

    Funny.
I saw nachos (beautiful nickname) waiting before feast so many times that i think it is a feature to do feast more realistic and to grant player a chance to kill them.

    Amazing!

In the game mechanics it might be like that:

Incoming damage / weapon ignore armor percentage = damage to the t2 layer / same ignore armor = damage to t1 / ignore = hp damage.
So at first it looks meaningfull and at second it would lead to a reasonable weapon rebalance and more difference between weapon types. For a not so big cost in develop (like new DLC maybe?)

    Twho years waiting for that!)

    Upd.
Furs and bones can be the lowcost t2 and t3 layers.

Maybe it will be complicated to implement, but it will grants awesome gameplay depth. I ready to donate for this.

    Hey folks.
I was thinking about Taunt perk. For now it is very situational.
But if Taunt grants stacked debuff on attacker for every missed hit it will be nice mechanic, like reversed overwhelm.
Also it might be resolve testing for a foe that can decrease or increase (raging him) his morale, like at first he must pass lowering morale check and if he pass it starts uppering check as second.
At third option, it might get +1 to “surrounded” for a foe, granting +5% or +10% (with backstabber) to your brothers hitchance against him, and again, granting some resolve check or decrease.

    Please, think about it.
