    We’ll probably do both small incremental updates for fixes, tweaks and minor improvements, as well as larger content updates revolving around one or two major features. For example, the introduction of the Goblin faction.

    I’m uploading a first update to Steam as I write this.

    1) Might be fixed now, might be a different bug, not sure. Are you in a bit on your campaign, like day 30 or so?
    2) I’ll look into it.
    3) Fixed.
    4) Do you mean you can kill guards yourself? That shouldn’t be possible. What weapon/skill do you use?
    5) Fixed. Was bugged on the worldmap.

    1) No, not currently possible.

    2) Can you attach your savegame here or send it to contact@overhypestudios.com if you prefer? You’ll find it at C:\ProgramData\Overhype Studios\Battle Brothers\savegames – that directory may be hidden for you, so just entering it into your Explorer window and pressing enter should take you there.

    Can you confirm that the last living enemy unit was not a Wiederganger (zombie) but a Ghoul, Skeleton or something else?

    7. Loading a save from within the game often causes game to crash. Loading the same save from the main menu works fine.

    Just randomly, but not all the time? Is there any way to reliably reproduce this? Is it only with specific saves, or all of them? Thanks!

    Yeah, sounds like they’re standing on a higher elevation than the camera. Like Patrick said, you can adjust the height level of the camera using the buttons on the top right or – probably easier – using the + and – keys. You can also rotate the camera with the ctrl key in case some hill is blocking your view.

    It’s an interesting problem to have, but the game runs great for me and doesn’t crash at all. Makes my life quite difficult tonight fixing those issues ;)

    Glad you like the game despite the crash. I may have fixed the issue now, but it’s hard to say for sure in this case as I wasn’t able to reproduce the problem. We’ll update the game on Steam once we’ve collected a few more fixes.

    We apparently misunderstood how DLC (which the helmet is) needs to be approved for release separately as well on Steam, even if they’re not sold separately. You’ll definitely get the helmet, but it may take a day or so. Sorry for the inconvenience ):

    It sounds good on first but on the other hand reducing slots to one can lead to some problems if person switch from shield and one hander to two handers or bow/xbow. So weapon or shield will be dropped on ground?

    I think leaving 2 basic bag slots with fatigue reduction for items in it and making 4 slots and no max fatigue reduction for perk will be the simplest choice now. Four slots is kinda overkill though.

    I like the idea of the sling as well, though I have no idea of its effectiveness. Warhammers are already in, as is an orc variant of the two-handed flail. A two-handed hammer is planned.

    It’s only young orcs that use raided human weapons sometimes. The reason why is explained in the blog post that introduced the orc faction. We’ll probably add some more orc weapons and equipment in general in time.

    Shepard, Stonemason, Student and Apprentice backgrounds are all in, but the last two are combined into a single background. We’d like to add more background-specific starting gear (e.g. a cleaver for butchers), but just didn’t have the time yet to work on that.
