Well, I am unable to upload anything.
Not sure why, this used to work just fine for me. I tried with both Firefox and Chrome and Edge.
I have accepted cookies etc. and even disabled Adblock.

I am also unable to “add another file”, it just moves me to the top of the screen.
If the “UPLOAD ATTACHMENTS” is supposed to be a button, it isn’t.

If you’d like I can send you the zip file via email (where?) but I am not sure if it is necessary here.

    I have a screenshot now.
It turns out to be Bite and not and unarmed attack.

Please don’t mess with Alps. They were absolutely horrendous for so long and now they can still be a threat if you mess up.
Also they are not intended to be late-game enemies.

I also don’t mind that Geists get shredded by whips. It was always very frustrating if your 60 resolve guy gets feared and your banner fails rally.
3-headed flail I kinda like, at least more than a regular flail. At least they are somewhat consistent but I still rate flails the lowest tier of weapon once you start facing raiders with helmets.

For 12-14 I don’t know what exactly the problem is with the way things are now – the rest of your suggestions I do approve.

I do agree that we could use some more ranged backgrounds. Bowyers often are an absolute joke, I usually only hire them when I absolutely can’t get any hunters at all.
Poachers are much worse than hunters but they cost ~500c so I’d rather buy one hunter than 2 or 3 poachers any day of the week.
Sellswords can be amazing, especially hybrids but they are expensive and as pure archers they have about the same potential as a poacher or bowyer.
The rest of the “ranged” backgrounds (Squire, Militia, Beast Slayer etc.) are usually even more expensive than poachers and have about the same potential (but a much bigger range).

Now a Master Archer background might be a little bit too strong. If they have a +10 ranged skill over a hunter (62-69) will be OP as soon as he gets some talents in it. “Perfect” Hunters (59***) are already absurdly strong, especially when they hit veteran levels.

A small buff to Poarchers and (a bigger buff to) Bowyers base stats would help a lot with the struggle for early archers.
Maybe Poachers 49-52 (instead of 47-49) and Bowyers 48-53 (from 42-52).

Did you try the dodge perk? That kinda does what you are asking for.

As far as I know, difficulty (combat) only affects enemy troop strength.
So on higher difficulties you will fight more enemies. I would assume enemy composition also changes slightly.
So instead of fighting lets say 7 thugs on Normal you would be fighting 4 Raiders and 4 Thugs on Expert.

I am not sure if it affects “elite” spawns like Leaders, Hedge Knights, Overseers etc. but I would assume that you will find those enemies earlier on higher difficulties.

The Devs have stated that difficulty settings do NOT change enemy perks or stats.
Ironman also has no effect on difficulty/drops whatsoever.

I dont know about famed spawns at all, but I would also assume that difficulty does not affect those.

Generally, higher diffculty means more enemies for you to fight. This also means that you will get more and possibly “better” loot – if you fight more enemies, more of them will carry “better” weapons like Longaxes, Pikes, Warbrands etc.
If you would fight a Leader + Hedge Knight on Expert, you might only face a single Leader on Normal and potentially miss out on Coat of Scales. You will also not get rekt by the Hedgie though :).

    Hope that answers your question.

    @Hexe fight: That’s because she’s behind a “hill”.
@Schrats: seems OPAF not sure if that is intended, but I hope not.
@Zombie Resurrections: I had that too once.
@Legionaires: Polearms can hit over “small” obstacles like a log – you were probably unable to return hits with your banner through the tree (left obstacle).
@Brigand fight. I have absolutely no clue. Forest fights are really weird. I believe both the rock and bush should block his LOS completely and the marksman should not be able to shoot.

Idk guys, does that not open the possibility of just re-rolling your fight with no risk, no time consumption and only a slight reputation loss?
If I have that chance I feel like I should just re-roll Hedge Knight fights until he comes with a famed weapon.
Early game just re-roll if the enemy has the good kind of crossbows and so on.

Oh well, it’s better than nothing and better than how it is right now.

Working as intended, and it’s always been like this.

Does headhunter work the same way or is it just fast adaptation?

The game took the route with the lowest fatigue cost from what I can see. I suspect Fritz has the Athletic trait. Moving “over” his own brother would result in a cost of 12 Fatigue (3x height level change) and the path that the game shows only costs 4 fatigue.

The same thing happens with the banner’s resolve buff. The buff takes one additional turn to take effect after moving into range.

Swordmaster gets duelist perk (extra armor ignore).
Hedge knights sometimes come with famed weapons that have damage ups.
Double grip also adds 25% so watch out when breaking leader’s shields.
Orc Berserkers sometimes come with mushrooms that add 50%? dmg when consumed.
I believe Hedge Knights also have Killing Frenzy and Berserk but i’m not 100% on that.

I don’t think it’s possible to deal that much damage with a boar spear. Maybe 2 hits if he doesn’t wear a shield. That mount of damage is about as much as a polearm hit like a Long Axe or Billhook even Pikes and Hooked Blades shouldn’t do that much damage.

    Hey.
I had the option to buy an upgrade of maybe 20€ for the Supporter Edition on Steam.
If you check out the Supporter Edition Bundle you can even buy the Lore and Art Book separately it seems.
I believe this was also the page where I got the upgrade from.
    Cheers.
