I`ll post my question here. So i dont have to create more treads and clutter up the forum.

Is there ever a reason not to haggle for more money on quests. I tend to accept the missions from the major houses without haggling to get in their favor.
Or when i feel pity for someone with a sad story line. But should i bother? What is the downside of haggling?

Thank you Danubian, Wargasm and Einar for your advice.

I will mark this tread as favorite. As there is a lot of info i can`t absorb after reading it once or twice.
Hope this will help some new players as well. It has been helpfull to me.

Now i know what i need to know about ammunition. And i better build up to 12 mercenaries. I used to stick with 6 for a long time.

    Danubian,

    Thank you for your reply.
I have only today learned about ammunition and supplies. It seems like i dont have that many 1/2 quivers when i pay attention to my ammunition. Now my soldiers tend to have 10 of them before a battle.

Think i can handle the basics now after about 16 hours of battle brothers. Havent read anyting about strategy yet. Only once faced goblins and undead. Orcs kind of make me scared. I have got no clue how to handle undead, orcs or goblins but i am sure i will find out soon enough by practice. I`ll just make a solid frontline and flank with my archers once the soldiers have faced one another.
Seems like orcs can take a pretty good beating so i only take them on when i have about 8 soldiers and decent armor.

My favorite feature to add would be iron man mode. Like in xcom 2 and diablo.
No more rolling back old saves.

This would make me put a lot more hours into the game.

    Thanx for your reply Alexander,

I`ve only known about this game since yesterday after seeing it on the most anticipated strategy games for 2016.
Bought the supporter edition within an hour, and played the game for 9 hours now. I`ll say this game is great as i do like to play final fantsy tactics/turn-based as well. And it seems this game has some other great influences.
I immidiately liked the art style. It triggered me to go buy and play the game. Besides favorable reviews on steam.

I just finished a mission which was a bit deeper then just go to place x on the map and kill the bandits. Or walk along the caravan to town x and get this reward. I had to travel to 3 cities/towns and collect bounties from killing bandits. I would hope to face more of these kind of missions that go 2-3 steps deeper. Or at least create a bond with the merchants/people you make contacts. Kind of like the mission setup from elder scrolls skyrim. A tree of missions instead of never meeting the same characters again. Even do i can`t tell if that is true or not. Havent played enough.

    Looking forward to play more.

    hi guys,

Today i saw the first screenshots about battle brothers on IGN, read a few things on this website and steam and bought the supporter edition.
Love the artstyle. I am a big fan of these type of games.

Will write a review on steam once i played a good number of hours.

Now let`s play the game :)
