permanent injury system…. hmmmm. It would fit right in with battle brothers, and I would not be surprised if the developers are working on a system like this. It would be cool for my 2 hander guy to lose an arm, only to become the best guy i have, i could see csome really cool stories coming out of this. I hope there is a system like this, but it does not necessarily have to be debuffs from loosing limbs and other things. I heard a man who had lost an arm speak once, and he said it’s not enjoying things less, its enjoying them differently. In fact, losing an arm may have positive effects, like forcing the person to re evaluate how they do everything, and be careful how they fight. (think jaime lannister if u watch game of thrones)

AtheistParticipanttrue, but they have said no to magic, and am assuming that they will not let people play as different races, but if it came out as a dlc or something i would by it, Monster Murderers or something XD

AtheistParticipantI don’t think this is very fitting for the game, but I do like the idea, not for this game.

AtheistParticipanthold on a minute here, this game is supposed to be a gritty, low fantasy, medieval game, not a high fantasy, uugh its another dragon, game. While you might like the high fantasy thing with lots of dragons, dwarves, elves, ect… I dont think that is what the devs were going for, and i for one dont want it in the game.

AtheistParticipantor maybe do a diablo 3 kind of thing, and unlock different banner things by completing different achievements or doing certain tasks.

AtheistParticipanti like the idea of being able to perform a “coup de gras” kind of movement, i hated when they would resurrect right next to my archers

AtheistParticipanti mean, mercenaries don’t really get into politics, because they tend to take the contract from the highest payer.
Ask me about your God
AtheistParticipanti think that this would make sense if you are being paid to support a faction, not joining them per say, but supporting, as long as the pay is there.

AtheistParticipantyou do realize how heavy that would be right? That would not be something that the average person (a battle bro) could not take. I see where you are coming from with this suggestion, but I dont think that it would work well in the game. As for the company’s seal or mark, i agree with this, maybe a little fee to have it stitched into the existing armor.

AtheistParticipanti am thinking that this would raise morale of the other troops? cool suggestion.

AtheistParticipantthink of the villages this way, you get a contract from one faction (thinking of different factions controlling different villages/castles/towns on the map, great addition for the game i think i hope they add it) to raze a village of an opposing faction, if you accept, you are no longer welcome in the one factions territory, but are friendly with one faction, as long as they pay up… Basically you should recieve a price drop in goods or somethin as a reward for not being able to go in one faction’s land, along with the gold from the contract. idk that was what i was thinkin

AtheistParticipantso staying at a local inn, i like it, and of course it would not be for free, maybe a fee ranging from 5-15 per battle brother or something

AtheistParticipantFirst of all I do not want fast travel in this game. It would make it extremely boring because what then would you do? Go along the road to the next town fighting whatever you come across… or do it in 3 seconds. It would get rid of the entire point that the enemies are moving too and you could run into them.
I like having to move between the town, and what I think you want is a merc company without the roleplaying, because so much happens on the road. I recruited my fav merc when he tried to steal some supplies from when I was camped travelling to the next town.
I really support the real time being spent, because it makes you value your targets, and makes it more realistic.

AtheistParticipantI like the idea, this would add just that extra bit of connection to your brothers before their lives are ended too soon.

AtheistParticipantI don’t see why you hate steam, its just another way to get your games. I find it a lot better, but not liking steam is your own opinion. And yeah the supporter edition is only available on steam (at least that I know of) so sorry.
