BananenbaumParticipantDespite it’s superior armor effectiveness, the heavy crossbow actually deals less damage against armor.
If you compare 2H Axe with 2H Hammer, it gets even worse.

If you like to snipe a enemy while LoS is blocked by your own men, you better avoid the risk.Working as intended imo, caus logic.

I got an named noble sword and it has the same stats then a noble sword, but:
more dmg that ignores armor, more effective against armor and an extra +5 % to hit head.
Pretty much after all.So it seems that there are some named items who are strongly better and some just got a small advantage.

Claws would be fitting backgrounds like cultists, thieves and killers on the run.
Even Undeads and Orks would fit.Especially ranged weapons need an upgrade, caus longbow/xbow cant be the end of the chain …
BananenbaumParticipantI give you an absolutely +1 on the Bastard sword … dont know why this iconic weapon isnt in the game yet.
Some more:
Halberd – mix between Spear and Axe!
Musket – as new range weapon.
Claws – perfect for rending, give them multiple attacks like werewolves.
and most for all: Scythe! I want to see some undead reaper with scythes and I wanna use this 2h weapon so bad! :D
