I think what he means is infaction fighting like two bands of bandids from different camps fighting over loot. This would make sense for all factions as they are no organized army if they are not the greater evil.

There won´t be horses in combat. This has been asked many times and the answer has not changed. http://steamcommunity.com/app/365360/discussions/0/541906989411787571/#p2 Look for the dev´s answer there.

I see where this is going. Fingers, hands, ears… Now I am waiting for an orc with a leatherface mask. Wouldn´t that be intimidating for any human who faces him? As it wouldn´t be a superheavy armor maybe it would suit a berserk.

It could work in the fashion of the total war series. The enemy faction breaks completely or does an orderly retreat you could get a window asking you if you want to fight on and maybe get some of them or let them go and end the battle right now.
If you fight on you should have the option to end the battle later at any point in case you realise you cannot chase them.

The new orcs look awesome. The next patch will feel like a totally new game^^.

When the greater evil mechanic is implemented will the faction that is choosen to be the greater evil get some more diffent units with better equip or something like that so that it is not only the numbers that make the greater evil greater?

For the orcs i could imagine something like this:

Normal orcs are fearsome strong warriors like these guys http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120301220614/lotr/images/e/eb/Uruk-hai_scouts.jpg I think this picture comes really close to Battle Brothers´orcs

If they are the greater evil you should see this not only in there numbers but also in the kind of troops they deploy. Think of even better armored troops. They do not neccessarily be stronger. Even the casual young orcs could get their upgraded versions. So that greater evil orc armies would then go more into this direction : http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120304102722/lotr/images/f/f5/Group_of_Uruk-Hai.jpg.jpg

Right now it is not possible but chances are not bad that this option will be available in the finished game.

Also read this discussion with a developer statement.

But it is a lesser armor than the heraldic mail isn´t it?

We will change the order of some of the armors. Heraldic Mail will not stay at the top of the armor progression, which makes sense if you just take a look at the reworked scale and lamellar armors :)

    Nice to hear :)

Will the stats especially the max fatique penalties get a rework too? As I read HP will become more important which will in turn let less room for improvements in max fatique.

Now that there are fat and skinny bodies will you also do different shapes for every armor or will they stay the same and we say they use more or less padding?^^

Also will the bodyshape have any relation to traits like fat, strong or athletic?

And with so many possible combinations of facialparts I´d love to have the possibility to create my own companyleader just like the banner even if he is never on the battlefield. Maybe you will do a company screen with usefull informations where the commander and the banner also can be shown. I also imagine unlockable items (as reward for quests or for getting acchievements that you could possibly introduce later) for the commander that show up on this screen (special armors, weapons, shields, helmets). So he would get a more destinctive look the longer you play. Maybe they could also give small boni for the entire mercenary band.

In my opinion the enemy composition as well as their equipment should not randomly change on reload but stay the same -> no need to reload anymore cause you won´t get different things.

Nowadays vampires just twinkle like a http://news.stylecharts.de/newsletter/grafiken/upload/2009-08-12_2541_1.jpg instead of burning to ashes when lit by the sun. So why should a werewolf turn back into a human once killed? ;)

What do you think about a helmet with a werewolf head on top of it. Similar to the fangshire helmet but with fur :)

While you might like that, I am sure there are also many who would dislike it. I would count myself to them.
It is one thing to loose your best man to a stinking orc out of your own stupidity, but it would be most annoying to loose your best men every now and then to an event, that might strike whenever it cannot be more inconvenient without even the slightest chance to prevent this from happening.
It is already annoying to get a merc with the gluttonous trait because you know sooner or later he WILL get fat and there is nothing you can do against it.

Events are really cool. I like them very much as long as you have atleast two choices. Crusader Kings 2 handles the event system pretty well. This would be the best way to go in my opinion.
