    This game always required OpenGL 3.3 to run, and it’s stated on the store page. See here for information on how to get the game to run on a HD3000.

    Working as intended. The ‘Hidden’ status effect doesn’t mean that a unit is necessarily hidden to you or the enemy right now, but that at its current location it would be hidden unless uncovered, whether by attacking itself, and thereby announcing its presence, or someone moving adjacent to uncover the tile, as is the case in your screenshot. It works the same for both you and the enemy.

    There’s nothing preventing Nachzehrers from swallowing noble house troops, but they may choose to save it for more dangerous opponents (i.e. you). Nachzehrers can’t retreat from the battlefield anymore once they have swallowed someone.

    At this point in time it looks like this: Savegames will be compatible, and you’ll be able to continue your current campaign with some of the DLC content. In order to get the most out of the DLC and to have access to all the new content, however, you’ll have to start a new campaign. This is still subject to change, and we’ll give you guys detailed information as we get closer to release and things are finalized.

    From your screenshot it looks like the Geist used Horrific Scream on Eike and succeeded in getting him to flee. This in turn caused a morale check for Sigbold. It’s working as intended, but the order of events in the combat log is mixed up.

    We’ve chosen to go a similar route as with your option B for overhauling the retreat mechanics. If your men are already on the edges of the map, you’ll safely retreat as before. If they aren’t, they’ll now attempt to speedily move to the edges of the map by themselves until either they succeed or die. While this is going on, they’ll get a defense bonus for moving through zones of control, the amount of which scales with the chosen difficulty level. They can still fail at getting away, get shot in the process and whatnot, but there’s a reasonable chance that they succeed, so that retreating always remains an option.

    The new mechanics speed up the process of safely retreating quite a bit if the enemy isn’t able to close the distance anyway, but it also means that you can’t just teleport everyone to safety anymore if you’re already engaged. The skill and equipment of your men, your positioning, and who you’re fighting against now all have an impact on your chances to retreat unscathed, and it’s no longer just random injuries for everyone.

    If you’re experiencing the game to freeze, then please follow the instructions here to make a full report. The log excerpt you posted above shows nothing unusual.
