The last one is caused by too small delay before occurs input repetition after the key is pressed.
If you try to tap it faster it works as it should.

In any text input programs when you press and hold a letter key there is a delay before it begins repeating the input of the pressed letter until you release the key, but here this delay is almost nonexistent making the editing and inputting of text a hassle.

Ok, something definitely got to do with amount of items here: when i disposed of almost everything (13 items + 3 full equipped Bros) this bug became increasingly harder to reproduce (*) – I managed to do it only with one item and only on the rightmost side of roster, nearly on edge. Every other item behaved as it should.
    * for testing used “3-skull Cemetery” save.

Funny thing: I created a New Game just to test it and tried to reproduce it right after first tutorial battle, but cant reproduce it there, Save as TEST. Then Load my save (see above) where it happens all the time, reproduce it – 100% works. Then Load the TEST save from escape menu and after opening inventory all stuck items from previous load still visible! They disappear only if I quit to main menu.

On another save from different playthrough this bug can be reproduced too..

I suppose one of those: amount of Brothers (15) / items in inventory (60+) / length of playthrough (as much as 20d) have some kind of effect on it.
I was able to reproduce it on other saves fulfilling these requirements too.

Here’s interesting fact: another save “3-skull Cemetery”(20d, 15 bros, 60 item) – load and can’t reproduce right away. Open town, take quest, exit town and now reprodeces 100%… Though sometimes it works even without accepting a quest – a real mystery.

Easily reproducible on my side, here’s the steps i follow:
    1. Open inventory
    2. Drag item from your character to roster’s empty space – it will return as it should
    3. Unequip item by drag&drop to inventory
    4. Either Equip it with drag&drop / rightclick, or switch selection to another Bro
    5. Drag item from your character to roster’s empty space – now it stays there and space underneath it is noninteractable (*)
    6. now you can repeat step 5 for any item from any Bro (if it fails – go to step 3)
    7. Have Fun!

    * Note: for some reason it stays a lot easier if dropped on 2nd or Reserves Row, while 1st Row can stil work properly as intended.

Attached another log and savefile just in case..

You mean a list of several predetermined colors in options menu?

Add to that option to use input field for custom color in RGB format and it would be perfect!

I suggest making Footprints option a 3-step toggle adding black footprints to already existing white and hidden (disabled) footprints.

Maximum file size allowed is 800 KB.

Log.html is too big, so it didn’t get attached – archive it (if you don’t have archiver, download here: WinRAR)

As for screenshot – post it somewhere (like imgur) and link here using IMG tag: <img src="http://" alt="" />

In Win10 Build 14393 insider preview (this one?) there are alot of problems with sound (Realtek included) and many suggestions how to try and fix it or make a workaround.
If these doesn’t help, try to search for one which would work for you. If all else fails let’s wait for Dev’s response.

Some advices suggest: “Open Playback Devices, right click the audio output device and set it as the default device. With this done, select it, hit Properties, move to the Enhancements tab and check the Disable all enhancements option.”
Another say: “Go to Advanced section and change the bit rate to 24bit/44100 Hz”

There’re a lot more: Google: RTKVHD64.sys win10, form which several tips

Orientation icons are in the game just as they’ve always been.

Really? Where are they? How can i switch South <-> North view in current build?
And the hotkey for switching orientation (it was Ctrl before) does nothing right now. Did it get changed or should be reported as bug?

Also the question here, could possibly the bleeding count to probability of receiving injury as it registered as a hit?

In DevBlog #79 it was mentioned: “injuries are inflicted if an attack surpasses a certain threshold of hitpoint damage relative to the maximum hitpoints of the character hit”.
What is this threshold? Is it strictly > or ? Do Orc Young have ‘Crippling Strikes‘ perk?
If it’s, let’s say, 20% of max health, then along with perk that would make it exactly 10 hp (rounded down) for Wilderich..

Try to update any drivers you can, and if it’s hardware issue – did you have similar issues in another games/programs?

You might want to add a more extensive info like DxDiag report, for example, to make it easier to narrow down the source of this problem.
What about your windows sound settings? (it can Mute all sounds if detecting communication activity)
What programs running in background while you play Battle Brothers?
Can you recall any changes preceding this problem, like (un)installing new software, changing or updating something?
Since when did this problem began appearing for you (new patch/update)? Did you play on this same version without experiencing this problem?

    Update:

    – It works with non-target skills too (riposte, spearwall, shieldwall, etc..)

    – Its not related only to ‘yes, sir!’ status:
Any last status in the list gets duplicated onto first status in the list.
The only requirement is to have at least 2 statuses of any kind.

I’m all for a much greater variety of people as a source of contracts.

Why should contracts be bound to crowns and wealthy, influential people?
Why couldn’t there be poor individuals seeking help from mercenaries? Offering something which may be more valuable to you, instead of crowns.

Like a single woman, seeking to save her child from the clutches of a necromancer, offering you an armor (weapon) of her late husband as payment.
Or an old bowyer, ready to give you his best bow if you manage to save his daughter (or woman he loves), taken away by bandits to their hideout.
Or a farmer, seeking vengeance upon direwolves responsible for the deaths of his wife and children while he was away.. etc.

Well, it also can be a bandit leader or necromancer (not so poor individuals), as suggested above, offering you some of his treasure as a reward if you kill / plunder and/or bring something not worth crowns, but valuable to him.
Not to mention, if these contract offers were made as events (only available in case you don’t have active contract already), you could refuse their offer and try to kill them instead, but face a strong(or unknown) opposition with unknown reward(?) or gain.
    This would be interesting. ^_^
