Hooray to m0Ar illustrated events!
The green-surcoated character with the great-helm looks hilarious though Rahziel, could imagine him falling to his knees “I’m tired of these orcs I just want to tend my fields!”
A farmer in a heavy armor – still a farmer!
Maybe he feels nostalgic about his olden days, or can’t feel calm without his straw hat.
I would also love, if you could do the same for the Straw Hat and now the Fool’s Cap(Jester Hat), too.
Could you paint a version of the Straw Hat that does have a metal helmet underneath, similar to what you did with this hat?
Here you go! LOL
These were the paths they took:
That problem actually also lies with the images of settlements positioned lower that they should be on the grid:
Side to side comparison:
Notice how fir tree grows from the east wall and some houses protrude frome south wall?
We need to lift the image up a bit..
That’s much better – the castle look taller, larger and more prominent.
Now the fir tree grows from the soil and the houses near the south wall look up to scale and properly aligned with this Citadel.
Sadly, the same problem happens with Stone Keep and Wooden Keep too.
I hope it’s not too much trouble to move the mask or adjust the positioning.3. February 2017 at 15:52 in reply to: How to see what's in strongholds?…"Unknown garrison"? #19111
You can equip lightly (or naked to have highest initiative) one of your mercs and make him “investigate” what’s inside..
If he have a Pathfinder perk – it’s even better for scouting.
Added backgrounds icons resized and cropped (they look a bit squished) – how does it look? Are they recognizable?
There will be two variants:
The headgear on second variant is a lot more promising, and looks good with his body armor.
Though it still would be lacking in defence ability compared to the first variant’s body armor.
I presume, by the looks of it, that helmet with hat on top of it will have about 120-130 durability?
Great outfits, extravagant and very good looking!
But the swordmasters hat, that one looking like it was taken from an artist – will it be used in battle?
If so, then these greatsword-weilders must be either too brave or insane.
Who would in their right mind go to the front lines having no head protection?
The resolution of images in assets could play a part in this problem:
in version 7.0.12 –
\gfx\ui\icons\camp.png – 25×25
\gfx\ui\icons\camp_sw.png – 40×40
So if its dimensions are not restricted when displayed, then it will break the bounds of the button.
The “Battle Lost” counted not at the time a mercenary falls, but when the company (what’s left of it) retreats from the battle.. Those who survived have their counter increased.
For the thing you mentioned the list needs the “Number of times Died(revived)” column.
Improved a bit the Obituary screen, added column separators and the mercenary’s level and recruitment payment columns.
Font size and leading decreased by one notch to fit all the things.
Bows can not be fired and crossbows be reloaded while engaged in melee.
bows, but – missing comma
The Road connecting to the Keep from this direction always drawn above the image of the said Keep.
This was encountered on different maps.
Edit: Hmm.. Maybe that’s the fault of the Keep, not the road.
Here wheat fields are drawn over the Keep image, and the downtown to the south looks weird, as if on the wall:
Edit2: Definitely the Layers order is messed up..
